1.1 Scope of Terms

These Terms form a legal agreement between tak999 and each registered user ("Member") of the platform. These Terms apply to all services provided through the tak999 website, mobile application, and all other digital channels.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be forfeited. Using multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system will be treated as fraud.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent fraud, tak999 reserves the right to carry out an identity verification (Know Your Customer or KYC) process at any time. You may be asked to provide your national identity card, passport, or other supporting documents. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until KYC is completed.

3.1 Login Credential Security

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for every transaction, bet, and other activity conducted through your account. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Status

For inactive accounts (no transactions for more than 12 months), tak999 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee. Users will be notified in advance by email regarding this.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the tak999 platform is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount from tak999 is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The withdrawal amount will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Fees and Charges

tak999 does not impose any transaction fees of its own. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank) may apply their own charges, for which tak999 is not responsible.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent or illegal, tak999 reserves the right to place that transaction on hold until an investigation is complete, and to restrict the associated account.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at tak999 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳14,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Abusing the bonus system — including using multiple accounts, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts by members of the same household, or using negative-expectation betting patterns — is strictly prohibited. If tak999 detects such activity, it reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and close the account.

5.4 Promotional Offers

Additional promotions may be offered during various seasonal and special occasions. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be published on the platform.

5.5 VIP Program

The tak999 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate varies by tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum.

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet will only be considered valid once the system fully confirms it and assigns a reference number. If a bet is not completed due to a technical error, the bet amount will be automatically refunded.

6.2 Result Determination

The outcome of all games is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. For live sports betting, official results will be considered final.

6.3 Errors and Discrepancies

If a bet is accepted due to a technical error, software issue, or incorrect odds, tak999 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the staked amount.

6.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits may apply to each game or event. These limits will be displayed on the relevant game or event page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tak999 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to operate games.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of the bonus system.
• Placing bets on behalf of or in the name of a third party.
• Conducting commercial or business activities within the platform.

8.1 Service Availability

tak999 makes every effort to keep the platform running at all times. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to routine maintenance, technical issues, third-party service provider failures, or other reasons. tak999 is not liable for such disruptions.

8.2 Financial Loss Liability

tak999 accepts limited liability for verifiable financial losses directly caused by platform technical failures. However, tak999 accepts no responsibility for indirect, special, or consequential losses.

8.3 User's Own Responsibility

All decisions regarding gaming choices, bet amounts, and use of the platform are made entirely at the user's own responsibility. tak999 is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets placed without consideration of the risk of loss.

tak999 may close or temporarily suspend a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Providing a false identity or information.
